A re-creation of *this* would be fine, but only if it's not in a second term. Donald Trump loves plagiarizing from Richard Nixon almost as much as his wife loves to put on her Michelle Obama suit. From his campaign talk of the "silent majority" to his
Hmmm. In an unhappy confluence of events, I have no dial tone on my landline and it won't be fixed till Tuesday. It's only here for emergencies, and at this juncture it seems like more of an annoyance than anything else. Verizon stinks.
My dad told me a similar story, but much more horrible. He was in the South Pacific in WWll. They used to keep all their empty bottles, and load up a B-25 bombbay with them. They'd fly over Japanese villages and drop them. They made a whistling noise as they fell, and the local people would come out of their houses to figure out what was going on. Then the P-51's would come along and strafe them. Civilians all.
I retired not too long ago and love it. I did have a long and rewarding career with a lot of recognition for work done. It was good and intellectually stimulating work but after several corporate buyouts the last several years have seen many changes for the worse. Vacation, health insurance, performance reviews have all taken hits. The method of measuring the progress of programs became very convoluted and program managers found it easier to arbitrarily move funds around than follow the new program accounting procedures. The last straw was when the company changed to an at will employment situation. I was very near full retirement when the at will employment requirement happened soooo... now no meetings, no schedules, no rush hour traffic, no company politics, no FOX NEWS on the company cafeteria monitors, etc.

Oh yeah, the grift goes on,long after the thrill of "You're fired" is gone.
AT&T and Cohen didn't take into account that Donald Trump KNOWS NOTHING!!1!! This pulls the rug out from under the whole conspiracy.
They said there would be no clowns.
