OK. From now on, my rule on anything Trump will be, if it sounds at all intelligent, assume he'll flipflop into utter stupidity on it within a few days. On the other hand, anything he says that is utterly stupid, we can take his word on it. ..kind of the exact opposite of most politicians.
Actually, a good number of the refugees are already Christian. However, their skin color may not be light enough to count by the wingnut standard of Christianity.
