Maybe Trump just thought Ted Cruz was involved You may be astonished to learn that Donald Trump is once again Wrong About A Thing. This morning, he angrily tweeted about Chevy building its compact Cruze model in Mexico, and threatened to slap a big ol' tariff on the cars when they're imported into the USA:
Trump's Presidency hasn't started yet. Nothing to officially blame him for yet.
But i agree, Obama has not gotten enough credit. Especially for saving the motherfucking U.S. auto industry and all those jobs in Ohio, where Chevy Cruze's are manufactured.
I applied for a teaching job at Lordstown High School after getting out of college in 1977. Jeeze Louise! The place had a natatorium and an audio/visual department that include a professional level television studio.
Of course, GM wasn't really responsible for that. It was from the property taxes of all those GM employees with their union jobs that started an entry-level assembly line worker with no prior job experience and a high school diploma at $13.00/hour.
Hey! It's the mothers who mated with the ugly stick. Can you imagine what Uday and Qusay would look like if Trump was just a used car salesman able to get nothing better than a regular woman with self-esteem issues instead of models with greed issues?
Well, considering that I'm on the spectrum, with also major depressive disorder, each of which I was born with, and that my doctor in SoCal, who really didn't have philosophical issues with any medicine that works, and, whose small medical firm would not do "referrals," the man did some mental calculations, and approved that such a med really could (and does) help me... He told me to find a reputable med. cannabis doctor, and have the doctor call him.
That the state of Texas, and other right-wing enclaves still refuse to see anything beyond "Reefer Madness" and "Cheech and Chong," is none of my concern.
I'm on other Big Pharm meds as well, but they tend to take care of those things cannabis doesn't... It tends to be the "glue" that takes the others and works for me.
So, they were going to close that factory anyway, the decision was already made, without any contact with der Trump, because people aren't buying the little cars so much right now, and meanwhile, they're actually opening a different factory IN MEXICO where they'll manufacture the bigger SUV's and trucks. So it is less than meaningless, it's actually pretty much a bald-faced lie. I'm shocked!
I think it would help many people. I've been "on the spectrum" for 60 years, 53 of which involved so much stress from coping with it that the stress created several severe, chronic medical conditions which will probably kill me. If I'd had access to medical marijuana I probably wouldn't have those conditions, or at least they wouldn't be both chronic and severe. One "approved" prescription drug some doctor wanted me to take last year costs $1500/mo and can kill you quickly in unpleasant ways if unpredictable things go wrong. That is OK, but god forbid I should smoke a little pot. (I refused the drug.)

Oh, right. They're in the movie "A Crock of Shit Now".
"I am the yuge-est, most elegant ugly stick!"
Fuckface von Clownstick.
I also like Prince Trumperdink.
Hey, baby, don't frown. Even the sun go down.

Such as it always is, I suppose...
Yeah, keep fucking with the markets, Dumbass. This nightmare could be over quicker than I thought.
No, it's the teensy Fiat that the hipster city liberals drive. Source: my hipster city liberal millenial neighbors, all of them.

That "make it in the USA or pay a bigly tax" stuff, does that apply to clothing too?
