I would think that, even if a judge is otherwise conservative but was not directly appointed by the Turnip, and they have the actual qualifications to have earned that position under the Bush admin almost 20 years ago, they too are tired AF about the former guy's shenanigans after he gives them the runaround for the 5th time. Talk about burning your bridges.
AGAIN he was warned. AGAIN he couldn't keep his mouth shut. His Supreme Court can't save him in this...but I'm sure he doesn't know that, because he doesn't know much of anything.
Trump reminds me of the little boy in the "Twilight Zone" episode who can has magic powers to do terrible things on a whim and terrorizes the whole town. The legal system seems to be letting him get away with outrageous jury-pool-tainting and whatever, and he's just as mature as that kid.
The original TZ was much too scary for me, but the Simpsons did a great "Treehouse of Horror" parody of it in which Bart was (of course) the little boy -- Otto the bus driver called him "the little dude with all the gnarly powers."
'It's a Good Life'. SF/horror master Jerome Bixby. Starred a couple of people who had a good career, like Billy Mumy and the incredible Cloris Leachman. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gv1Oi3K1vN0
Well I heard that under the Presidential Defamation and Sexual Assault Act that a president has the right insult, defame, and assault anyone he wants to. And it carries over to after he leaves office, just like the Presidential Records Act says he can take all the government records home with him when he leaves. So take that, libs!!! WITCH HUNT!?!?!
Has she gotten paid the $5 mil from the first judgment yet? Just wondering. You know that tangerine shitehawk will try to weasel out of it as long as he can.
I think Trump had to post a $5 million bond or actually deposit $5 million in a trust account with the court just to appeal the second case where he was found liable for sexual assault and defamation. If that's the case she may not have it yet but the money is no longer under Trump's control.
If I thought I might have to post a $5 million bond every time I raped a woman, a woman who isn't my type, mind you, it might cool my engines. I'm just sayin'.
Proviso: I have never raped a woman or wanted to rape anyone, so it's kind of a moot issue for me, personally.
For TFG, it's an ever-present subject of litigation balance.
"Completely without merit" perfectly describes the lawless regime of Dumpty and his amoral minions. It would make a fine title for a history of 2016-2020 and/or a biography of the King of the Trolls.
His every argument, about every accusation of wrongdoing he has ever faced in his entire wretched life, is weak AF. I have never heard anyone of anyone representing Donald Trump, in any matter, making a cogent point or argument, except maybe a few times years ago, when he accidently managed to hire semi-competent lawyers. These usually ended up getting cashiered or fleeing shortly thereafter, which is why his legal fate now rests in the hands of the Sidney Powells and...who was that lump who defended him in the Carroll trial, Joey Tacopino or something?
Oh yeah, going all the way back to Roy Cohn. It is my fervent hope that when, at long last, PAB reaches the FO stage of his life, he will be haunted by the images of all the people he fucked over throughout his miserable life. Especially all the lawyers who he corrupted and then threw under the bus.
awwww. what a shame.

"This woman is not my type!"
*points to a picture of her and says "That is obviously my ex-wife who was enough my type that I married her and had a child with."*
Ta, Liz. He who fucks around shall find out.

"Completely Without Merit" is the name of my new garage band.
We play a medley of Trump-related hits ("Hail to the Chief," "Macho Man," "YMCA") and cheat at golf.
Thnx for providing set list.

Judge talk for "suck 100 % of my balls" as a sage journamalist stated in this very publication this same day.
I'm lovin' the appetizer, can't wait for the full seven courses.
E. Jean is loving life.

at least don can now be referred to as a rapist among other colorful descriptions …

I suspect that’s the important part to everyone involved.

"Completely without merit" describes *everything* to do with Trump. Including Trump.
"𝘈𝘯𝘥, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘵, 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭. 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘵𝘺𝘱𝘦!”
No, Donald, you were not supposed to say it. And now you're finding out 𝘸𝘩𝘺 you were not supposed to say it.
After the verdict: "I was misquoted. I said I was not her type." Which he promptly screwed up by saying "I was too classy."
If he only assaults people he likes does he likewise only romance people he doesn't like?
I think mistaking a photo of E. Jean for his wife kinda weakens his "she's not my type" argument.
Or explains a whole lot about their marriage.
I mean, she was exactly his type.

He's still under the spell of RoyCohenostalgia, not withstanding the fact that his dream lawyer died "like a dog," as he would say.
It's no wonder that his subsequent lawyers can't quite live up to that sterling example.
WHACK HIS PEEPEE!!
where is that bailiff ?
