Donald Trump is at the very top of the latest Washington Post-ABC News poll, with 24 percent of Republican-leaning voters preferring the rubber-faced buttplug over the other primary candidates.
In his defense, he's a weaselly little gold-digging angerbear. If your only skills are crashing planes and getting shouty on the telly, keeping a wife who isn't ridiculously rich doesn't make a lot of sense. There are only so many planes you can crash, but being rich lets you be shouty in public all the time.
Tea Partiers like the military because the military kills Those People. If the military fails to kill Those People, it's, as a minimum, a breach of faith. Only reason they're talking about veterans now is to defend Trump. Otherwise, they're only interested in guns and bombs. It's anger that drives the Tea Party; not loyalty.
i'm kind of worried about it, actually, even though it may be silly to do so. What if he does happen to become the nominee. There are so many low/no info voters in this country that I believe he could be a serious threat.
