If it wasn't so tragic, it would be comedy gold.

To catch up the rest of the sordid details, the Idaho put out the affidavit and it's a doozy.--The girl hadn't been seen since Sept 8, and the boy since Sept 23.--when the police showed up on November(!) 26 for a welfare check, the husband acted like he barely knew the wife and didn't know her phone #--less than a week afterwards, they absconded to Hawaii after lying to the police that both the kids were staying with people out of state.

The boy is adopted, his biological grandparents are who requested a welfare check in November that led the cops to realize two children were missing.

There is very little physical evidence of most crimes, and what physical evidence exists is rarely conclusive evidence of anything. An awful lot of murders (and other offenses) would go unsolved if the killers or their accomplices knew how to keep their mouths shut.

Or the "How could you prosecute this poor mother who's lost her two beloved children" chutzpah defense.

You realize this woman murdered her kids right? This is not a lifetime movie. These kids died, probably alone, abused and terrified. They were beaten and often, starved and forced to serve these people, thrown against the walls and broken. They lived short, sad brutal lives and knew no one who loved them.

This thing is so convoluted, it could end up as a Ken Burns epic.

I watched the Dateline episode of this case last night, (DVR'd from last week), and I wondered if tRump would pardon Vallow for reasons.

Vallow would have had $1 million insurance policy but her husband fucked her over and changed the beneficiary just before, (in my opinion), she had her brother kill him.
