My late Siamesie, Monkey, did the same with socks, all on her own. Only black socks, only mine. She'd fish them out of the laundry, drop 'em at your feet, and make a little trill. Then you had to touch her nose and she'd go back for more. Such a good girl

I learned that from Mr. Holland's Opus!

That movie was many thing that had me -- for a time -- leaning towards going into teaching. I ultimately decided not to, because (a) even more time in school and (b) the thought of having one or more students just like me.

Yep. True story. He decorates the house with those used and torn socks. He walks up the stairs to get them and brings down stairs all the while talking loudly while the sock is in his mouth. We take them back up for him.WashRinseRepeat It's his exercise (needed and unknown to him) pattern.

People are accusing former Trump White House staffer and Kavanaugh clerk Zina Bash of making the "white power" hand gesture during Kavanaugh's hearing, but the Anti-Defamation League isn't buying it as she was born in Mexico and her grandparents survived the Holocaust. Funny, we don't think that's case closed.

I certainly accept that Zina Bush was not making a "white power" symbol based on her backround and the tweets by her husband.
