It's simple. You enter a search term and a Google employee receives a message, looks it up in their handy desk reference encyclopedia set, and types out a response. All within 0.25 seconds or they're fired.

The reference to Billable Hours by Larry Klayman reminded me of a Peanuts cartoon featuring Lucy in her sidewalk booth with the sign "Psychiatric Help 5 Cents". Maybe Larry should taker her up on that. It could maybe be a subcontract.
