I wish Robert Anton Wilson was here to write about this

Hopefully, there will be no tapes of JD Vance and his sofa, EVER. I am perfectly willing to take his word for it that he had an affair with a love seat.

I don't know how the victims watch the cover-ups & incompetance and don't get mad enough to release everything their lawyers have.

If it were me I'd find a way to buy private security, and then expose everybody and burn it all down out of white hot revenge.

Creepier and creepier. What a mess that place was, and is, the Banana Republic of Florida.

Who the heck was in charge of law enforcement? Prosecutions? Who was attorney general?

If the next admin doesn't come in and absolutely jail everyone even briefly mentioned in this, we are doomed as a country.

They're going to do exactly nothing. Possibly use it to make some noise. Be prepared for that, bc it's going to hurt.

I dunno, was it GOLLUM?

Perhaps, it's not that the sleazy intelligence in the Steele Dossier was totally wrong but that it was not Putin who originally gathered it?

Shambles! Always with the danger scowl. He's not scary in the least. He looks like he's trying to shit out a dozen cheeseberder wrappers ingested in his usual grasping haste.

So: this is what it's going to take? TFG's involvement in an international sex trafficking enterprise including some of the most powerful men on the planet? Any decent country would have kicked that rancid piece of roadkill to the curb ten years ago after the "grab 'em by the pussy" recording, but ok, if this is really what it's going to take, I guess we'll have to accept it.

He's not going anywhere. Has a single Dem in power even suggested it?

I called my governor, Andy Beshear, this morning. I spoke to a staff member and left a message for Andy on his office phone. I asked him to boycott the meeting and dinner and to use his influence on the other governors to do the same. I hope he’s one of the 18 mentioned in the article.

We just drove through KY the other day and it did my heart good to see Andy Beshear’s name on the Welcome to Kentucky sign.

Surprising in that I'd expect they'd be celebrating $hitler using their National Guard troops to invade the blue states. Kevin Shitt would put a lampshade on his head and party down.

Just be mentally prepared. The worst things you can imagine are going to be in the files, and you'll soon discover the limits of your imagination were nowhere near as depraved as what happened.

At some point, once these rich psychopaths reach some magic dollar amount, they want slaves. These are the monsters to whom crapitalism has delivered all the rewards.

I shudder and refuse to think about everything that comes after that.

I'm so relieved to learn that all this horror has nothing to do with Americans.

It was the Russians what did it!

Excellent piece, and ONE BILLION POINTS for referencing a song from Walt Disney's Bambi in your title! It's a songworm in my head now, which is fine, because it's lovely.

really kind of surprised that i haven't seen some wingnut use the "mary had jesus at fourteen so god says it's okay" defense yet.

Trump voters are probably envious of the actions of their betters -- who share their sexual inadequacies and incellic loneliness.

Randy Bender's avatar

In fact, $hitler's death cult may have a brief second thought before pulling the lever for him again if we have elections in 2028! Probably not, tho.

Stulexington's avatar

They've been having second thoughts about showing up to special elections.

I've read that more than half of the ads aired for PAB in swing states in 2024 were about transgender people.

Now, several Rapepublicans have dusted off the "Sharia Law's comin' for ya" idiocy for 2026.

Because anti-Muslim laws will make the price of food go way down.

Vic's avatar

My proudly ignorant relatives focus on transgender people in sports, as if that's anything to anybody ever. Thanks "mainstream" media.
