Might I ask that you quit using "comrade" as an intended insult. As a socialist/communist leaning reader I think of a comrade as a brother or sister who believes in Leon Trotsky's fight against the capitalist system, not a troll for the current Russian oligarchy. As someone who has been fighting the fight since Bobby Kennedy's assassination, I commiserate with those who have been worn down by the system to the point that all seems hopeless; better to do a bit of cheerleading to pump them up rather than tossing about ad hominem.
That was the main thrust of the Russian activity in 2016. They knew that few liberals or progressives would move far enough to vote for Trump. So they used social media and comments sections of liberal web sites to portray Clinton as exactly the same, if not worse, than Trump. They kept hammering on her votes in Wall Street regulations (which were actually tightened. Compromise being an unknown word to them), even laws signed by Bill Clinton that was the result of compromises he states he regrets doing.
Instead of looking at a forest of 1,000 trees and saying that's a pretty nice forest, they will pick out 15 spindly and diseases trees and concentrate on those, claims my the entire forest is horrible. Meanwhile, since Trump has no political voting history, they accept his fake picture of a lush, all green forest where all the trees are above average. While also boasting of his business acumen. Which has lots of trees rotted to the core or fallen over.
Anyway, the idea was to get people to not vote at all since they were both the same, with some effort in Sanders social media to vote for Stein. Some messages targeted at liberals and progressives even advocated for Johnson on the basis of his calls for legalizing marijuana. Despite Johnson's opposition to almost everything else Democrats advocate for. Way too many people fell for it, and many are doing it again in 2018. People on the left are hopping on the hate Pelosi and Schumer bandwagon, even criticizing Schiff as inadequately progressive. They need to stop it.
Yes, that is just the attitude we need. Why bother! Don't even try! Give up!Wait, whut?Pst, this is precisely the wrong place to spew that shit. We're all wonks here. Voting is a sacrament second only to not wearing pants.
I wish I still believed in voting. I greatly fear that Putin has made it pointless. the 2016 polling suggested to me a logical outcome. The fact that it was supposedly so wrong on Election Day was a big red flag for me, and in the time since all I've learned is more information about how our process was and is being subverted.

As a nerd I'm obligated to point out that Gravis is terrible at polling. https://projects.fivethirty...
I'm sure that will be covered in the 6 months of remedial law courses he's been ordered to take.

They'll be happy there.
Given what's been happening in our elections Valium might work better.
Should work as long as we provide them with some nice, comfortable cages.
Too toxic. We've already got enough garbage floating around in the ocean.

Oh man if this works I am offering the Almighty SO MANY SQUIRRELS.

WooHoo! I've donated to his campaign.
Actually, in Florida, Mayor of Tallahassee Andrew Gillum is leading the Democratic race for Governor. Not sure how you missed that.
