I was a draft resistor during the Viet-Nam era, but I have no problem with having scorn for Trump for being a chicken hawk, he didn't want out because he thought the war was immoral - he just wanted to save his own ass. His current blind worship of generals and all things military (except Gold Star families who disagree with him) shows that. BTW: While I don't agree with every purpose our military has been tasked with, I have every respect for their dedication and sacrifice because I have seen it first hand - my dad and brother are both retired military.
