We already know what tRump would have done: NOTHING. On November 25, 2018 the Kerch Strait incident occurred, when the Russian coast guard fired upon and captured three Ukrainian Navy vessels. An act of war, yet barely mentioned in the press, and of course tRump did absolutely nothing, not a word or so much as a disapproving glance.
You really shouldn't argue with Sen. Johnson. He is so correct. If Lt. Col. Vidman and the Democrats had not revealed Trump's attempt to extort our ally Ukraine, Trump would have gotten the Ukrainian government to make up lies about President Biden which may have let Trump continue as president and he then could have helped Putin by sending in the Marines to support the Russian forces, and the Ukrainians wouldn't be stuck in this violent resistance.
So many lives lost just because we wouldn't let Trump bet the dictator he and Johnson wanted him to be. So sad.
