I heard Musk referred to as White Kanye this evening. Now THAT is funny.

I went to the hardware store this afternoon and came out to find a swasticar parked next to me. It's even uglier up close and bigger than I expected. A woman a few cars away started laughing as she told me she was waiting to see if I was getting into it. I said I'd rather walk than get into one of those things. We both laughed and drove away.

It has to be AI. JD doesn't have the courage to state something so bold, honest, and poignant. It even seems the creator tried to put some shallowness in it like "I'm an elected official..." to make it believable... but even that was actually just fact. the Veep IS an elected official and (in general) is more important than a South African billionaire like Elmo.

I'm calling AI on this one.

Every time Musk needs a distraction he pukes out another baby ! It’s not the normal way …when I say puke , I mean puke !

Then the hard part , name!

Take an arm full of silverware throw it in air and you have a name when it lands. I think he’s up to 14 …with 3 on the way . That’s fantastic !

If you can work at 12 years old , should vote at 12 . I don’t know , I lost count at 9

Please, May is 5 years from now in Trump time. Maybe Musk it's out maybe he's not. Anything can happen in this hellish timeline.

Ta, Marcie. What I want for fElon skuM I cannot put into words, lest the Banhammer of Loving Correction come crashing onto my head. The problem with these greed-driven sociopaths is that no matter what or how much they have, it is never, ever enough, and never can be enough. They are black holes into which one can throw all the money, power, prestige, real estate, and goods in existence, and they will always want more. What an empty excuse for an existence.

Vance complaining that Elon Musk is making him look bad?

Well, perhaps he is, but J.D. Vance is fully capable of doing a superlative job of making himself look bad even if Musk didn't exist. (A consummation devoutly, etc.) Vance always looks and sounds bad, because he always IS bad. He needn't blame Musk.

It’s almost as if Americans are confused, fickle, dissatisfied creatures who mostly hate whomever is in the White House because the potus never ever puts a pop machine in the cafeteria, or gives voters new ponies or makes their wildest dreams come true. At least Democrats don’t pretend they will, or not as blatantly insincere. We tend to urge unity, jobs, diplomacy with allies, fairness in the treatment of all people, respect for the law and constitution, and respect for traditions and norms. It might be wise to embrace those things next time, if there is a next time, pony or no pony.

"respect for the law and constitution, and respect for traditions and norms."

you know, those great things that the GOP and MAGAts have always claimed they wanted for America and what made a real patriot? Funny what happens when you vote year after year for people who tell you they will hurt everyone you hate. Kinda makes America a pretty crappy place to live for all of us, no?

Trump won by a small margin. So only half the US is a bunch of people with the emotional control of a toddler.

Half is still too many, and far too depressing. I keep hoping all the MAGAs, so proficient at hate and grievance, will all suddenly go, “wait, that guy lied to us and took away our SNAP cards, retirement and medical benefits! He’s not on our side at all! And there are only 10 trans athletes in college sports? That’s not enough people to hurt to make this worth it!”

The distribution curve has two sides. Half of the voters are below average, and it's pretty damned obvious which half votes Trump.

It's kind of starting to feel like there should be an automatic emergency brake on the government if basically every single thing you've sought to do in the first 60 days is being challenged and losing in court.

No, you don't get to keep doing new shit, when you have demonstrated you have no good or legal ideas to implement. The lady in charge of supervising Trump's organization because he's a corrupt fuck who can't be trusted to run a business should have a partner observer who says, "no, you can't do this, put your sharpie away and go sit in the corner. You too Elon you dumb MF."
