And then, he should pre-emptively pardon anybody who carries out his "Presidential core duty orders." Then, send a thank you to the 6 assholes on the Supreme Court who gave him permission to do it, without fear of any repercussions.
He was on something the other day blathering on about how "disinformation" is a liberal propaganda term b/c "who gets to decide what is 'propaganda?' The government? What a laugh."
