So, the ballot in the November general election will contain place to vote for the candidate who will assume Cantor&#039;s old House seat in January AND a place to vote for some special interim candidate who will assume office on the first Wednesday in November (so he can hold office for two and a half whole months) who will then turn over his/her seat to the candidate who won the general in the same election on the same day? who can this possibly benefit?
