He could have easily said something like "The president has not committed any impeachable offenses, so until she presents a specific charge or legal argument, discussing her opinion is a waste of time." It would have done the same trick without making it about HER (which is what she really cares about doing). Now she can go whining that she was attack by the Attorney General and use this to raise money for her fake PAC.
