The people of the First Creation on Day Six formed the population.1:26 ¶ And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.27 So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

The Second Creation of Adam and Eve was an unrelated event.2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Mexicans... at least in Mexico... have a birthrate at less than replacement. And constitutional protections for not just birth control, but for us maricons and our maricon marriages.

Don't know where you were in Texas... I lived in the Big Bend, solidly Democratic (even the Republican county judge ran as a Democrat) ... and where you're as likely to find a shrine to Lyndon Baines Johnson as to the Virgin of Guadalupe.

Since when does looking like a mission-style burrito make you an expert on Mexicans?

santorum covered dicks like son of erick always seem to forget that in X number of years they will be dead. once dead, all their deeply held beliefs and hatred will become meaningless. with death comes equality.

There are solidly Democratic areas of Texas, for sure (although with the jerrymandering you wouldn't know that...see who represents Austin in the state legislature). I come at this from both personal experience of talking to people and reading political histories. Although this did not happen in Texas (in Colorado Springs) this confirmed what I had heard and read. I was staying at a long term hotel and I was talking to a young Latina who was moving to Colorado Springs for her job. She and her husband were househunting (She was in her late 20's). She said how much she liked Colorado Springs especially since they had tried to move her to Boulder first. She and her husband hated Boulder because they were "so elitiist and wierd" and she felt that the general population looked down on her. Colorado Springs on the other hand was her kind of town. I haven't spent much time in Boulder but the word "elitist" is not what springs to my mind.

And how are the Latinos going to vote for the republikkkans when those same republikkkans are trying to turn back their grandparents. "We are going to be voted into power because the descendants of those we are turning back will vote for us." What sort of meds is he taking? Or not taking?

Yet again the pundits confuse "Cuban born repubicans in S. Florida" (tatistically insignificant) and "Mexicans" (hugely significant)

40 authors wrote the Bible over a period of 1,500 years. Eddi: if you don't know of the Bible's origins, you can hardly claim to understand all its implications.

Unless God talks to you directly. Or something that claims to be God.

Be careful what you wish for Erick. We've got a ton of Latinos here in California and your GOP has a hard time getting a candidate elected to dog catcher.
