I can't imagine a single penny of high tech investment or auto investment ever again, for instance. Not one cent. Not ever. I don't think any change to this bill will change that.

Is there a basis for a civil fraud and embezzling suit against the GOP for passing and signing a bill that will inevitably be thrown out by the courts, costing millions in direct legal costs and billions in lost investment?
