I propose an amendment to the Administrative Procedure Act that says something like "Those found to have violated this section shall be deemed guilty of a felony and imprisoned for no less than five years; fined no less than 10% of their net worth or $500,000, whichever is greater; and barred from holding public office for twenty years from the date of conviction."
