Yes! He finally went there. He's racist to the core so I knew he would. It's why the WI GOP is desperately trying to pass as many, "Don't let democrats and minorities vote" bills as they can ahead of the Johnson's re-election.

Well Johnson and Walker held state wide offices. But gerrymandering is why Grothman and Fitzgerald won their house seats, and probably Paul Ryan.

Agreed. But one insidious effect can be that once you have control of most of the house seats and most of state government, you end up with with quite a few fence-sitters and other undercided voters (yes, they do exist) who "go with the flow".
