I mean, I know it would shatter their fragile feelings and be a horrible burden, but maybe if we were to appeal to their patriotism, their sense of morality, their regard for fellow citizen who are suffering...no, you're right. Even with a 90% top tax rate, they still looked they were doing pretty good.
