Also, no double jeapordy for grand jury decisions. Wilson is not "innocent", he's just in that category, common to politicians, called "not actually indicted." Yet. Holder can't force McCulloch into a do-over, but with help from the media, he can put painful pressure the State AG. Something else for Wilson to think about, when he's not worrying about the civil suit against him.
