On Friday, St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch spoke publicly about the grand jury process for the first time since November, when he announced that the grand jury had found officer Darren Wilson a swell guy. He also admitted that he knew that some of the witnesses he put before the grand jury were lying and obviously couldn't have seen what they claimed. "There were people who came in and, yes, absolutely lied under oath," he said, and seemed perfectly OK with that, actually. Here's the full interview:

Also, no double jeapordy for grand jury decisions. Wilson is not "innocent", he's just in that category, common to politicians, called "not actually indicted." Yet. Holder can't force McCulloch into a do-over, but with help from the media, he can put painful pressure the State AG. Something else for Wilson to think about, when he's not worrying about the civil suit against him.

There are ca. 350 million Americans who weren't there and didn't testify -- why didn't you put them on the stand? I mean, now we're discussing why they weren't put on, right? Right?
