Doug Varrieur genuinely seems like a responsible gun owner. When he learned that the state of Florida permits near-unrestricted gunplay on one's own property, he was naturally excited to set up some cans and start shooting. But! Before doing this, he made sure to construct a sturdy backstop to prevent the slaughter of innocents. He wasn't required to; the law is pretty much just "Have fun and don't let a cop see you do something stupid," but Varrieur is a rare sort: A Florida gun enthusiast and backyard shooter who wants more regulations on guns. For safety. In Florida.
Totally sensible. Which is why he might as well send back his NRA membership card now because they probably cancelled it 3 seconds after this went public.
Varrieur's ideas seem sensible to me. He appears to be aiming (pun intended) for a well-regulated firing range.
Tax cuts based on how many rounds of ammunition you fired in a year! LEGISLATION THAT CAN'T MISS IN FLARADAH
Over-ruled. NEXT!

Flaccid, also. It's why our gun fondlers feel like they have so much more to compensate for.
Mememememememe. They complain about "takers". They are their own special breed of "takers".
That ain't no Murican name. I'm guessing Quebeqi terrorist cell.
