It is very difficult to believe that the shooting was accidental, although I understand why the prosecutor did not want to roll the dice of charging her with intentional killing. She thought the croco-Kyle tears would get her off, but fortunately that didn't work. The streets will not be safer while the police are, as in too many areas, simply another gang, better armed and more dangerous than most-- but perhaps this case coming after the Chauvin conviction will start to change their behavior.
And anyone who is a "POS Criminal" deserves anything and everything that happens to them, up to and including death, eh? And you, of course, get the last word on who is or isn't a "POS Criminal." That's nice and very convenient. At least for you, anyway.
Also, just a few more ALL CAPS and a couple more "fucks" and you totally would have convinced some people. Because that always totally works.
Army. He wants an amateur army. Although given how much military surplus finds its way into the hands of the police, I can understand why you might want to just save time and conflate the two.
You've had the misfortune of running into one of Minnesota's finest. I grew up here and all the rumors about inbreeding run amok started for a reason. (And before that gets turned against me: I was born in Illinois and my parents ain't cousins and have the blood test to prove it).
So Daunte (a person) "caused" the accidental shooting by the "stupid POS Criminal" formerly known as a cop, by resisting arrest and fleeing????????
That's some magic shit derp-o-logics there. Please to explain the physics. No one has a right to shoot and kill someone (including the blue person group) just because they can, and no matter how many times you come here to angrily vent your srsly pent-up rage and frustrations.
"In 1985 in Tennessee v. Garner, the Supreme Court struck down a Tennessee statute that allowed a police officer to “use all the necessary means to effect the arrest" of an individual whom the officer suspected was fleeing or forcibly resisting detention. The case involved a Memphis police officer who shot and killed a teenager who jumped over a fence at night in the backyard of a house that the officer suspected was burglarized, though the officer was “reasonably sure” the suspect was unarmed. “The use of deadly force to prevent the escape of all felony suspects, whatever the circumstances, is constitutionally unreasonable,” said the 6-3 decision, written by Justice Byron White.

Well, that and the video.
Mike Freeman didn't run this one, apparently.
I meant "manslaughter"; fixed it.

I believe she was faking the "mistake" all along and expecting to get away with it.

Thanks.
If things had been different, things would have been different.

It's not my demeaner, it's my name.
You are clearly a very special person, and that was a very special reply. Bless your heart.
That is a thing that is true. What it has to do with the price of tea in China eludes me however.
