They did win a lawsuit against them, a decade or so back, by claiming they were just an opinion show. I forget which louse was being sued that time, and for a year or so, put "Entertainment" in small letters near the logo. They quickly stopped though.
I also found it hilarious, until I realized that they were going to use it to make themselves look like victims of a left-wing conspiracy.

I don't have a tree at all because I have 5 cats. It would be an exercise in futility.
