Talk about surprising -- Fox News' Greta Van Susteren did a far better job than CBS News at explaining one of those stories about how mean old Barack Obama won't let people keep their crappy insurance plans that don't "insure" much of anything.
Maybe it's her bad plastic surgery but there's something about Greta's jaw that makes me want to whack it with a pipe wrench.
Unfortunately the derp is still blossoming. Just watched the NBC Nightly News broadcast tonight (10/30/2013), during which they basically said that the website problems and cancellations of these "spatula insurance" policies were indications that health care reform is turning into a big failure and that this, along with the controversies over the NSA's activities*, stand as evidence that the Obama presidency is going down the tubes. It was all I could do to keep myself from throwing something large and heavy at the TV.
