Captain Obvious calling in here. Sidney Powell's rants and tweets all over the place were not, for a minute, aimed at reasonable people. They were aimed at the Trump true believers she knew would swallow her garbage about gross election fraud and quite possibly do something violent as a result, and she did not care.Further, harsh though this is, Sidney Powell deserves to look the way she looks.
My next-door neighbor is a Trump-lover, but not a Q-Anon person.
When I told her about Sidney Powell, her main concern seemed to be the necessity of forgiving Powell for her alleged "mistake" in lying about the election.
Apparently no thought given to her own stupidity of believing all of it.
Without junking the filibuster you're not going to get a lot of things, and that could increase voter apathy, but most importantly you're not going to get HR1, and without HR1 Republicans are going to cheat their way to a senate victory at a stroll.
And it's not that easy even with HR1, as I would fully expect all red swing states to simply ignore it and dare Biden to do something to enforce it. But at least that way there's a fighting chance.
Can't wait to see Trump et al. pull the same shit when they get into court for all the lying lies they told about the "stolen" election.
