2 years ago...I had never heard of Kevin McCarthy. Today, I know he's an ineffectual lick-spittle who means nothing to nobody and is mostly ignored except for laughs. Unable to not look ridiculous, he is a cautionary tale for anyone who would actually like to do something in life. So yeah, I think I'm better today. I know he's nothing that matters.
I’m more at peace by far today than August 2020. I felt a creeping, foreboding sense of dread each day of Trump’s single horrifying term. We endured a new scandal, embarrassment or threat almost every day. So yeah, my heart lifted and I felt a sense of peace as soon as that helicopter struggled to lift Trump’s carcass to FL. I would volunteer to pay $5 a gallon to keep Trump out of DC forever.
Gas is back under $4. The gop are PISSED about that. Just in time for the midterms, Biden is crushing it and Trump is being investigated for espionage. It’s glorious.
I got Covid by wearing a cotton mask with a 2.5 filter in an Emergency Department for about 2-1/2 hours. My only symptom was mild fatigue; I tested when it lasted for a second day. It was not long after my second booster. Asymptomatic covid is still covid.
We hope he has to use it before the 2022 election!
