There was a PBS Newshour segment on the lack of kitchen help in Provincetown because of the unavailability of that certain type of visa; some people have been coming from Jamaica for as long as 30 years (IIRC, might be longer), and the restaurant owners are having to make their season shorter, which could mean they're gone next year.
They've tried hiring students, but said students have to leave to go back to school; labor shortage again.
