The fact is that publically announcing your coup date weeks ahead of said scheduled coup date has never ever, not even once lead to a successful coup, not even a little.
The only time coup dates should be publically announced is if the plan involves some sort of Trojan Horse trickery, some double-reverse espionage to distract the targets whilst couping them, overthrowing them and seizing them elsewhere.

So, the odds are somewhere between zero and duh that these geniuses were planning some double-reverse Trojan Horse-type, James Bond kind of coupy caper.
I don't get the impression that the sovereign citizen movement is more (or less) racist than the general level one finds among RWNJs. It more about the grift.
