We are still in that exciting post-tragedy time when nobody really knows a goddamn thing, but it is very, very important to speculate wildly as to the identity of the Bad Guys!
In a way, it is a macho patriotic anthem. People who served in-country in VN (and no doubt in the more recent wars too) have a slightly more nuanced definition of patriotic, is all.
Mesmerized as I am by the puppy video, I have to point out that at the end he/she has got one paw over the edge of the bowl, which means that in the subsequent part we don't get to see, he/she will be out of the bowl and peeing in your napkin.
The obvious, of course, being that it&#039;s pretty fucking absurd to say that no American could possibly bomb random people at a sporting event <em>when one pled guilty less than ten years ago for doing exactly that</em>. Because he hated &quot;socialism&quot; and &#039;bortion.
I&#039;ve been feeling guilty since it happened for hoping it&#039;s a right-wing nutjob. Now David Sirota&#039;s said that out loud at <a href="http:\/\/www.salon.com\/2013\/04\/16\/lets_hope_the_boston_marathon_bomber_is_a_white_american\/" target="_blank">Salon</a>, and created a shitstorm on the right. (Too many articles to link.)
Sorry to change to subject but Donnie Trump is fucktard with his on-going birf certificate hunt while our POTUS commits resources to domestic terrorists.
This is a tricky matter. One thing to bear in mind is that there is a good chance that many of them are not, in fact, inhuman, selfish, creepy assholes. Many are just invoking protective coloration.
I&#039;m 65. I&#039;ve known a lot of gun owners over the years. (For that matter, I have a couple of guns). A substantial majority of them were either hunters -- who, in the main, don&#039;t use AR-15s -- or folks who, for some reason, had acquired the notion that they needed firearms to protect themselves against hypothetical criminals. A fairly small minority were people who probably did need to be packing, because of the lives they lived. But they very rarely talked about guns.
In my experience, gun-fondling discussions at work tended to be led -- or provoked -- by a small core of <strike>jackasses</strike>enthusiasts. Sometimes this would entrain the less-<strike>jackassy</strike> enthusiastic gun-owners to compare dicks. You don&#039;t want to be talking sense to them at that point, but you might want to notice who might be suitable for a private discussion at some future time. A lot of gun-owners are surprisingly rational if you get them away from other gun-owners.
Wow. Wonkette never fails to educate. I had never heard of this. Also, I am 6&#039;1&quot;, and was 6&#039;1&quot; when I was 12, which makes me wonder. Although I&#039;ve never tried to kill anyone, and had sort of the opposite of learning disability.
But still, 1/1000? That&#039;s a hell of a random mutation.
I hear you.

On the one hand, Louie Gohmert. On the other hand, even Senators don&#039;t make anywhere near the money Beck collects from his minions.
So, no.

Speaking of a media moment, the world&#039;s richest sports bookie was arrested. He lived one floor below Donald Trump in one of his buildings: <a href="http://www.foxnews.com/us/2..." target="_blank">" rel="nofollow noopener" title="http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/04/17/russian-mob-...">http://www.foxnews.com/us/2...

Mm, I remember Indira, but somehow missed the black widow part. Spare a clue?
So, are you actually in Blighty these seconds? (Oxford Street ref in some previous post)
We need confirmation from Bill Kristol to be absolutely sure.
Actually, their Nazis were pretty good. Our industrial infrastructure was better, because it hadn&#039;t been destroyed.
Goldschlager is fucking awful. Also, every color of Charteuse. Gah.
Oh, fuck.
Okay, Wonkobiologists, how hard is it to come by ricin?
EDIT: &quot;obtain&quot; ricin? Keep yer shirts on.
Nagasaki libel. (Much more random).
No, he&#039;s a fucking entrepreneur.
