The city of Ferguson, Missouri, sure seems to have a problem with black people, especially when it comes to driving. Which is why the Justice Department is investigating the police department. One big data point: the disparity between traffic citations for black and white drivers.

Boy, I can&#039;t wait to see what else Ferguson comes up with to deal with its obviously criminal citizenry - cutting the hands off thieves? Branding the foreheads of adulterers? Making bedwetters wear wet pajamas to school? Can&#039;t start with the humiliations early enough, you know, if you want a polite society!
In Ferguson&#039;s defense, it&#039;s not as though simply being black is enough to send you to prison. It&#039;s got to be coupled with something else serious, like driving suspiciously, or walking suspiciously, or looking uppity. You know, bad stuff like that.
