My First Militia, new from Playskool Here's a statistic that all of us in the Republic of The Holy Second Amendment can be proud of: In 2015, there's been an average of roughly one case per week in which children aged three or under have gotten their tiny hands on a firearm and managed to shoot someone with it. And that's not even including cases where no one was hit, or the kid merely grabbed a gun without firing it. Rarely is the question asked: Is our children using lethal force? Looks like they are!
If your gonna have guns respect their capabilities. Number one rule... ALL GUNS ARE LOADED. Learn about them. Teach your family how to use them, the whys and why nots. Use common sense on storage or placement. USE YOUR BRAIN
Why isn't there a series of TV adverts highlighting his. Scenes based on real incidents, but with the gunreplaced by the sort of thing a parent wouldn't leave in a kids reach. Freeze frame, reference text of the incident. The stats as given above.
Then "be a good parent, and a responsible gun owner. Keep it out of reach"
Now you'll all say NRA will object (feel free to throw a Bengazi into the funny impression). But would they? Would they really give that up as a hostage? They'd have to fucking loopy to object to "keep guns away from kids", it would be used to kick them forever, and they aint that stupid.
A: wtf was the gun doing behind the damn seat if she wanted it to be within easy reach of her poor pearl clutching self?B: a fucking 11 year old brought a gun to our local school today. The principal was notified in time to confiscate said weapon and the cops were there to take the kid off campus, but what was an 11 year old doing with a gun? I asked myself this. My son said "She brought it to sell it to someone."
fucking 11. Screw you, NRA. Screw you so many ways it would make the commenting rules gag.
And the Second Amendment doesn't say one goddamn thing about ammunition.
I think that's brilliant!

ouch! . . . it's bad enough they jump off the back of the couch right on to your nuts while you're napping . . . never arm them.
Congrats on the new runway! Or do you live nearby?
Je suis bad guys with a sense of humor.
Very small price. Pocket change, really. Only a few cents for those twenty first graders shot in the face at Sandy Hook Elementary.
Umlauts are the new wingnut.
My mind keeps returning to the mental effects this will have on the kid, for the rest of his life. "I shot Daddy".
Yeah, if the kid had blown his own head off it would've been no big deal. After all, he wasn't a grad student. What a stupid bitch!
Zing!

Hahaha, don't be silly about the gun's safety being off! It didn't HAVE a safety!

Replace the gun in the PSA with a giant, multiple-pronged, electric dildo.
In Florida, even puppies with guns are dangerous.

Although in this case, it was probably self-defense.
