I have this inordinate love of attending City Council meetings in rural communities. I live in Chicago but work with these small communities across the state, and I dunno. It's sort of relaxing and entertaining to hear what these small town folks are concerned about.
Maybe one of these gazillionaire space bandits like Bezos or Musky would like to set up a nice little nonprofit for that purpose and pay someone(s) a decent wage to do it.
