Burwell , and it's a complex lawsuit, but let's try to spell it out: Under the Affordable Care Act, subsidies are provided to qualifying people in order to help them pay for their insurance, and they are provided by state insurance exchanges, and in states that were too lazy/wingnut to set up said exchanges, the federal government handles the subsidies.

yesterday we enrolled a lady who makes less than 8K (as a home health care worker, obv). she is over 60 and that salary is a crime but that&#039;s not my point.
my point is that thanks to barack obama, my lady got a health care plan for $4/month with $0 deductible. she will be able to get a check up for the first time in her life.
she blessed us as she left our office only honestly, it was not us she should be blessing.
