Are you on a work network? Could be some component is blocked. Or maybe you have something blocked/turned off which is preventing whatever it is (gif? tweet? who knows?) from displaying.
It's my home network, I've never blocked anything (at least not intentionally) and it happens on my man cave PC downstairs as well as on Mrs. MF PC. So maybe you got me thinking it is a wonky router old wifi router. I've been meaning to get rid of that old thing any way. All it does is DHCP. I have a LR Unifi AP that gets me wifi on the next street over.
