Gov. Nikki Haley of South Carolina runs a hell of a state. It's the kind of state where Stand Your Ground laws don't apply to victims of domestic violence -- because that would be ridiculous! -- and it's still A-OK to let your Confederate freak flag fly
I wouldn't go to a church for a free donut, much less for counseling on what to do if my domestic partner is threatening me with a gun. Of course, if the gun's there, chances of being able to leave the house to go for counseling drop to zero anyway, so there's that.
She's absolutely right. It is the selfish victims who threaten the 2nd amendment rights of the innocent perpetrators by standing in the way of their bullets and fists and Jack Daniels bottles and whatever else they may use, just to intimidate them.
She's a certified gun owner, people. So she knows what she's talking about. This is a job for Jesus.
There is no one more qualified to deal with the problems of the modern abused woman than the ghost of a guy who lived a couple of thousand years ago, who hang out exclusively with a dozen other guys. I'm amazed that that all of you can't see the simple truth in all of this.
It's tough to be a law-and-order candidate who wants less law enforcement, but as long the domestic violence victims get harsher penalties, it should balance out.
And to those women who don't belong to churches, Haley Golightly added, "Well, oops, too bad for you chicks. The beatings will continue just as Jesus intended for your atheist asses."
OK, I get it. The NRA keeps most politicians' balls in a jar in case they need a harsh squeeze every now and again. But what of Nikki's are they holding?
Sikh, for example?
It’s a cultural issue
Uh-huh. Anyone want to hazard a guess as to what this is code for?
No snark. This new modern age is going to be led by the wannabe extras that didn't make the cut for Idiotcracy.
In South Carolina? Un. Possible!

"It's a Great Day (for wife beaters) in South Carolina!!"
Nimrata =/= Desiderata.

Her purse? And her earrings, probably. She's a fighter, you know.

Your move, Georgia!!!
She's right. The victims of domestic abusers that have guns are often sent straight to the church. WHERE THEIR CEMETERY PLOT IS
Another member of the Church of the Almighty Firearm. Blessed be the Colt, the Glock and the Holy Ammo. *BANG*
