Having Father Wayne as my parish priest I can tell you that the unkind character of this article does not reflect the truth of this very human leader in my community. As a proud father of two I have found Fr. Wayne to be an accessible and kind shepherd. Please reconsider your words. Come meet with Father and see for yourself. Your article ranks very high in a search of Father Wayne, a man who suffers with cerebral palsy and yet marches on everyday to be a better person, a better priest, a better follower of the Nazarene. He would be the first to admit he is not without sin, and has done so often but "let he who is without sin cast the first stone..." There is great humbleness in this man. He has been unfairly judged and, I think, bullied here. We all need compassion and mercy from each other to see each other through.
