Everybody loves their Trump insurance, which complies with the ACA Donald Trump went on Fox News Tuesday to let us all know he has no idea how the Affordable Care Act works, but he knows it's a failure, because his employees love the insurance plans they have with the Trump Organization. Or maybe all Trump's employees complain that their Obamacare is just terrible, and they all have huge problems with it. Yes, Wut?
During the Recession years, I could not help but notice that almost all prime time TV advertising was for insurance, prescription drugs or phone plans. Those are the folks who still had money to play with when everyone else was broke.
I don't think Trump is involved with making decisions about the health insurance or other benefits his "employees" get. Of course, when the big boss shows up and demands you say something that he wants to hear, you say whatever it takes... just like they let you when...
I once worked for a very short period of time doing intake assessments for a private for profit mental health hospital. Our first question was, who is your insurance provider. If it wasn't one that we took, I was to walk out the door. I didn't last long.
In the 90's I worked as a case manager for people with AIDS and we had an public hospital that provided pretty good care as long as you had insurance. The folks they couldn't turn away because of a lack of ability to pay as was mandated by the city and county and had funding in place for those folks, got treated like crap and discharged as soon as was remotely feasible. Several times I had to scramble to arrange a ride home for someone because of the sudden decision to discharge without any discharge planning.

That and all the kerjillions of Ameros the insurance companies execs would no longer pay themselves.
Thirty-three people who served as the CEO of a Blues plan for some or all of 2014 collectively earned more than $26 million in salary and about $102 million in total compensation, which includes bonuses, 401(k) retirement contributions and other incentives,
They're really terrible by us. Going to affect way more than 5% of population. Which sucks because a) people won't sign up and B) its my job to sign people up.

Is anyone else struck by Clinton's eyebrows in this picture? Anyone? Is it just me? Just me then. Okay, it's only me.
Stupid libel, that's not how markets work.

It's part of the full employment program.
And you wonder why we have medical tourism? Big business, my friend. Big business.

And the rising premiums we're talking about are for less than 5% of the people who have insurance.
...for $1000 Alex.
I'm going to ask the generals...er...doctors to come up with a plan in the first 30 days of my administration.
