Annie Golden’s character, “Norma”, is also one of the cult leader’s many wives: she goes to prison for killing him. So it’s a happy story. ;)

Thanks for the idea. I used to make a huge Corning Ware casserole of RP when the kids were home. Also, Crème Caramel. They loved that, too. I think I'll cook something, or just finish the Cheetos.

I've made baked oatmeal with fruit, like apples. for years for breakfast but hubby has some health issues and can't eat oats anymore. I made baked rice pudding this morning--timely and I had no idea it was RP day! It uses leftover white rice and you make a custard of eggs and milk, i use Splenda and almond milk to make it pretty healthy.

Somehow, I kept finding myself in Manson's sphere. I've lived and worked in Death Valley, where he hung out. I lived and worked in both Shoshone and Tecopa, where they also operated. I worked for a doctor who lived next door to the LaBiancas. Major freakout all over Los Angeles at the time, as you might expect. Now I live a half hour from the Inyo County courthouse where they were arraigned.

Never met any of 'em, thankfully.

And yet where were you during National Chocolate Pudding Day?

Also. Nixon resigned because his own party had enough votes to impeach and convict him and they told him so. NOTHING King Fool is up to would be happening without the Rs in Congress- no one should ever forget that.

I love rice pudding- especially Mexican style!

My Grandmother always made Rice Pudding with raisins and a cinnamon topping. We loved it! I have never had a good batch since.

It wasn't really known for its subtle performances. There was.some great scenery chewing by Brian Dehenny, though. In fact, all the villains were more fun to watch than the heroes.

I make it often and always tend to overcook it. Still good but a little dry. Must work up my nerve and expand my sense of trust in the process and believe -- BELIEVE!!! -- it continues to cook after being removed from the heat.
