The only way you can say the corporation has its owners&#039; religious beliefs and not its own, is if you hold that the corporation is <strong>NOT A PERSON</strong>. Which of course the Court would never, ever consider saying, unless it was really really important to arrive at a predetermined outcome they wanted.
