Maybe Arizona school uniforms should include a Kevlar vest. Although I'm sure the NRA would oppose the hardening of targets, as an infringement of guntard rights.

The Gadsden Purchase encompasses the sane part of AZ, you'd be better off keeping that part and jettisoning the rest.
