Remember how he appeared like such a fool, bragging about having the biggest black-owned chicken enterprise in the nation? And it turned out to be less that the biggest? It turned out to be tiny or bankrupt? He looked foolish. But meanwhile he has this other company, which is flourishing now for sure-- for all we know it was flourishing then too. Whatever it may be.
Well I think it's like when you get something like say-- a hostile stepmother who says awful things all day like "your mother is a whore" or "you're an embarrassment to me in front of my lovely friends." The stepchildren don't know how to respond because of never having imagined insults like this. Our system is just the same. And it has to adjust as fast as possible.
I always loved breaking out the Molybdenum after Labor Day. Of course, depending on the weather.
Hope I spelled that correctly.
Not to be confused with the 1920's silent film star Moly B. Denum. She was the cat's meow. Fun fact: she had a very, very quiet voice. When Talkies hit she had to scream her dialog. I'll never forget that line she delivered in "The Frontsteps Were Icy". I'll try to do it justice.
"YOU DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM SHEBOYGAN TO BRING ME THIS LOVELY SCARF? WHAT A DEAR YOU ARE."
There was a lot of speculation about Walker's mental state during the campaign. I suspect Trump taught him the mega-grift game but Walker wasn't able to spin it completely.
Also, maybe this is how Trump gets so many people to follow him (not the cult; I mean the people in power). He gives a "how to get rich quick without getting caught" talk, asking maybe up to 10% of the grift as payment.
one almost wonders if this whole stupid shtick was a cover for all this profiteering, "if they think I'm this stupid they won't think I'm clever enough to set this up, and if I'm caught I'll just continue to play dumb"

Herman Cain would never have made such a cogent remark.
Free market capitalism.
But he gets the "OJ Exception" because he's also rich and famous.
Or ran past with reckless abandon.

Classic.

“highly illegal, potentially even criminal activity” but you repeat yourself. Potentially.
Herschel really isn't the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree, is he?
Or tripped on and fallen over, if you don't have the brain power to pay attention. As I suspect Mr. Walker does not.
I guess he could claim one of his multiple personalities was running HR Talent and another one was running his campaign.
Tom’s just auditioning for his own sugar daddy

This is where tfg shines. he’s a mobster. walker isnt. I bet they prosecute walker.
But if what we’re seeing is accurate it’s the way walker did it. tfg has only one capability — to grift and he’s good at it.
