Donald Trump was having a bad Executive Time. He had signed the stupid omnibus "budget" bill, and now Ann Coulter was Exorcist-vomiting all over the Fox News! He did not watch Fox News for them to tell him he was bad . He watched Fox News for the day's instructions from the Queen of Diamonds!
How mean WERE they, Washington Post?
“This is a swamp budget, this is a Mitch McConnell special, this is a dysfunctional Senate,” Fox News personality Pete Hegseth vented, referring to the Senate majority leader. “There’s no wall. Ultimately, the Democrats controlled the process in the Senate. That’s why Chuck Schumer was so happy.”
Well now it is some weeks or 17 years later, and Donald Trump would like to know if he can un-sign the budget bill he finally signed after a big old tantrum. Because he is a mad king, a lunatic, and also he sucks.
Facing pressure from conservatives for their budget-busting moves, President Donald Trump and congressional Republicans are considering forcing votes that would cut billions of dollars in spending from the bipartisan funding deal they just passed last month, according to sources familiar with the plan.
White House officials are working closely with House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) on the rescission package, said the sources. It’s not clear which programs could be targeted or when the House would vote, although the White House had targeted dozens of programs in Trump's 2019 budget proposal. The White House also proposed nearly $15 billion in budget cuts as part of last year’s hurricane relief package, which were never acted upon. [And, according to Axios,is looking to cut$60 billion-- ed.]
Can they do it, on a party line vote? According to the 1974 Budget Act, they can! Ain't that a motherfuck!
Of course, everyone will laugh and laugh at them, and they will never get another Democratic vote for eternity -- like, not even Joe Manchin, maybe -- if they do backsies after they FINALLY got a bipartisan vote to keep the government open.
So how badly did Chuck & Nancy roll the president? And how salty were Breitbart's tears?
As Breitbart News reported, the omnibus spending bill contains language that explicitly bars funding for a southern border wall.
The omnibus also contains provisions that expand the H-2B visa-worker program, which would reduce market pressure on companies to offer American workers higher wages.
Republican leadership included provisions that will allow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to conduct gun research as well.
Additionally, the omnibus has the Fix NICS Act, which would allow unelected bureaucrats to remove Americans’ right to purchase firearms without due process.
Very salty indeed! And they didn't even note that one of the bourgie liberal wins in the omnibus budget bill -- and neither had we, till just now! -- was the reinstatement of alternative energy tax credits for solar and geothermal that had run out in 2016. Picking winners and losers in the market? Have they never heard of Obama's GREATEST SCANDAL, besides all the other ones and the tan suit, a little thing called SOLYNDRA? Geothermal and solar power are NOT EVEN COAL.
BRB, mama's taking out a second mortgage on her house to install geothermal and get $10,000 of your tax moneys back once she does, because nobody told her heating in Montana costs $500 per month.

Sorry, but from what I have read on the science of energy, nope. Geothermal works near volcanos such as Yellowstone, but the total thermal energy released by the entire planet is roughly about the current world wide energy consumption. Since the US consumes about a quarter of the energy, we would need to conquer much more of the planet to tap their energy for our use. Don't tell Bolton or he'll use it as justification for more invasions.
Also heat is slow to move from the mantle to the surface, so unless you have active vulcanism once you have extracted the energy, it can take decades to recover.
And cheaper than a wall along the Southern border. Or maybe that wall could have the cables to shift that power - or is that socializms?
