The annual evals at my state agency job gave the employee ten days to appeal anything in their evaluation they objected to. The evaluation had to be signed by the elected official, his second in command, the director of the department where the employee worked, the employee's direct supervisor, and the employee.
The supervisor would bring the employee into their office, go over the evaluation, and require the employee to sign and date it. The form then started its journey through the bureaucracy for all the other required signatures, never getting back to the employee in less than 11 days.
I was beginning to think I had hallucinated that whole incident. Wasn't it a sweetheart deal Rudy made with Motorola who sold him the defective equipment? The first responders couldn't hear the order to vacate the building and they died (like over 100 of them) along with the poor souls trapped in the building with them. Every time I had to hear about "the nation's Governor" I wanted to puke. Why wasn't this blasted from every major news show?
He was never the Governor, but he was called "America's Mayor," which made me gag if not puke every fucking time I heard it. I don't hate many people; he's one.
Giggling upvote for "his mistakes have mistakes".
Blanche, I have several times taken note of the eloquent way you have with profanity, and wish to extend my bashful admiration.

I wonder why he got a heart implant. He seemed to do just fine without one.
