I bet at least some of those lawyers are hearing the "ka-ching" noise every time they submit billable hours for payment. 11 years of billable hours!!

Thank you for the hand washing part.

As I recall, we had about the same experience in Viett Nam.

I noticed the 3 judge panel was all female who probably had the same thought even if they are Republicans.

You mean the company didn’t fire her as soon as she transitioned?

My understanding is that Hobby Lobby isn’t worth much as a craft store since half the space is like a Christian bookstore.

Now watch them take it to the Supremes.

Eleven years, hundreds of thousands of dollars spent, countless court (public) resources wasted, and thousands of hours spent by lawyers to get here. It's exactly what Jesus would want.

the lesson for republicans is to never ever accept anyone's transition. and make up fake reasons to fire them on the spot.

That part doesn't surprise me. What did at first is how much it's accepted as gospel by TERF's and FART's (Feminism-Appropriating Reactionary Transphobes), especially in the UK. It's an article of faith among so-called feminists that trans women are all men pretending to be women so they can wave their genitals around, but no one seems to have any evidence of such a thing happening.

I believe that ship has left the building due to the Title VII decision authored by Gorsuch in the Bostock v Clayton Cty, GA case.

It's the same deal as Chick Fil A. Since they mainly cater to the "self righteous bigot" market all of the cartoonish villainy is good press as far as they're concerned.

It's not about going to the bathroom. It's about refusing to acknowledge that trans people are trans.

Jezus, is Hobby Lobby run by Klingons?Fun Fact: in the 70's, they released detailed plans of the starship Enterprise and the Klingon battle cruiser. If you studied the Klingon plans carefully, you would discover that in the entire ship there is only one head.
