It would consist of legitimizing self-defense. It would put an end to "zero tolerance" policies and require school administrators to investigate the facts of every bullying allegation. It would require parents of bullies to support the school and the police. And it would raise the bar for litigation by bullies and their enablers higher than the Burj Khalifa.
