In a master stroke of timing, the House of Representatives has finally filed that big lawsuit against Barack Obama for his tyrannical actions in using executive orders as if he were some kind of president or something. As you recall, we thought it was dead,
Bill was kind of an asshole, and pioneered the "let's make fun of science grants without bothering to figure out what the fuck we're talking about" school of lack of thought. Also, these days, he'd be considered a rabid socialist.
Hmmmm ... what could possibly go wrong? Seriously, Larry, "Failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted" is a phrase you ought to be really familiar with by now.
Like true codependents, whenever the other side beats us, we blame ourselves. We should just hang our heads in shame for electing a President who wants to govern rather than devoting all of his time in office to political stunts intended to whip up his party's base. The other party has been doing that, and it must be the right formula because look at how successful they were in this most recent election. (Ignore the one before that.) When will we ever learn?
Obama and the Democrats are doomed because this lawsuit is <i>guaranteed</i> to be successful. After all, Republicans would <i>never waste time</i> on frivolous actions purely for symbolic purposes, right?
Turley should be ashamed of himself, he&#039;s obviously whoring himself out to build his media portfolio and keep those lucrative guest appearance invites flowing. I expect nothing better out of the Orange Man, he&#039;s a lifelong fraud who has now found himself riding the teatard tiger, His only hope is to keep whipping that tiger into a frenzy to keep it distracted, lest it stop for a moment and notice Boehner on its back and turn and feast upon him like Chris Christie in a maternity ward. The turtle is happy to let Boehner take the lead- it keeps the heat off him and hopefully keeps The Canadian Anchor babby so busy jerking Boehner&#039;s chain that Terrible Ted won&#039;t turn his eye toward Mcconnell. Bamz is fucked, regardless. The Dems will throw him under the bus every chance they get for the next two years because they are as gutless as they are useless. Besides, Obama caused many of his own headaches- he tried to keep his powder dry like a good Dem and lost Congress for the next two years in the process. .Just think if we were having this discussion in October, instead of the idiotic blather about ISIS and Ebola.
I used to enjoy Turley&#039;s comments back in the Shrub days. But maybe I was mistaking Shrub Shropping for what was really Turley&#039;s reasonable, party-blind, disagreement with an overly powerful Executive branch. Even if that is the case, it looks a fairly dubious effort to hitch his wagon to what seems clearly just another effort to bust down the Prez in any available fashion. Did I miss something about who Turley really is?
It&#039;s amazing that Congress always manages to find piles of money for this crap when they keep screaming that we need to cut spending!
It&#039;s also a shame that the lawsuit doesn&#039;t end with the line, &quot;It&#039;s just like that tyrant Obama to make us sue him like this. Thanks, Obama!&quot;
Turley, you shithead.

If I were Barack, I wouldn&#039;t give a reprieve to any Turleys this year.
You seem blithely unaware of how much money big pharma pours into politicians&#039; <strike>pockets</strike> campaigns.
IOKIYAAR
The remedy is to pass the fucking immigration bill.
And do what, exactly? The Judiciary ordering the President to take action ain&#039;t exactly in the Constitution, either.
Hmmmm ... what could possibly go wrong? Seriously, Larry, &quot;Failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted&quot; is a phrase you ought to be really familiar with by now.
He&#039;d better not wander into the background of any Sarah Palin video shoots.

He&#039;s in it for the money. No matter how this turns out, it raises his media profile- he&#039;s gone full Dr Phil on us.
Ahem... Hey Republicans, about those frivolous lawsuits you&#039;re always railing against...
It&#039;s amazing that Congress always manages to find piles of money for this crap when they keep screaming that we need to cut spending!

I wish Obama would sign an executive order that requires Boeher and McConnell to punch themselves in the face.
