We all know how important it is to Republicans that the will of The People is never,everoverturned by some arbitrary branch of the eeeeevil Big Government. Like, say, when The People vote to ban rights for The Gay? Yeah, the government should stay the hell out of that. However, when the people vote to legalize marijuana, well, that's a whole nother thing entirely, and it is obviously obvious that voters are idiots who need the government to step in and
Presumably the local funds would be the salary/cost of people who have to approve paperwork for new pot dispensaries? I suggest those people go ahead and provide their services pro bono. I'm sure the people of DC will find a way to compensate them privately.

I can only assume that unemployment is 0% in all of their districts and there are no other pressing issues that their constituents might care about. SMH.
The Moon is like moving into the dorm in a school about an hour from home. You can still call mom if you run out of underwear, and living there will give you an idea of what a duplex across the state is like.
