We all know how important it is to Republicans that the will of The People is never,everoverturned by some arbitrary branch of the eeeeevil Big Government.
Presumably the local funds would be the salary/cost of people who have to approve paperwork for new pot dispensaries? I suggest those people go ahead and provide their services pro bono. I'm sure the people of DC will find a way to compensate them privately.

I can only assume that unemployment is 0% in all of their districts and there are no other pressing issues that their constituents might care about. SMH.
