We only need to keep the ACA and Medicaid expansion as a transition to a Medicare-for-all system with strict price controls like every other industrialized country in the world, all of whom have better health care access and outcomes than we do. Everyone pays in, especially the 1% who've been bribing politicians into letting them dodge their responsibilities to society for the last 36 years. That needs to be illegal and everyone who takes and gives bribes put in prison. That's what we need but with the GOP in charge, what we'll get is 43,000 people a year dying prematurely due to lack of health care access while their money grubbing corruption continues unabated.
